Here's a great vegan shake for a hot summer day
Ingredients
- 1/3 block silken tofu
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries
- 1 ripe banana, broken up into bits
- 2 cups orange juice
Instructions
Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend. Add more OJ as necessary. Enjoy!
Note: You can also make this recipe year-round with frozen fruit.
