Daily Botanical: Echeveria leucotricha harmsii
At least that is what I believe it is, but I reserve the right to be mistaken. There are so many Echeveria out there in the world… it can get a little dizzying. If you think you know what it is, please tell us in the comments.

Looks like Echeveria harmsii “Plush Plant” to me! Mine didn’t have red on the edges until exposed to more sunlight. Here’s a link back to the page I have it photographed on.
I went a little crazy on succulents this past spring and the plush plant, living up to its name, HAD to come home with me. It’s pettable! How can you not love that in a plant?

You know, I think you’re right! It was the red margins that had me stumped. And I agree that it is brought on by more light.

I agree with Hatchet, although I don’t have this one, I do have Echeveria set-oliver, which is similar. So different from most Echeveria with the fuzzy leaves.
