Daily Botanical: Tulipa greigii
The thing I like about this tulip, besides the other-worldly colour, is that the leaves are striped with red streaks. I don’t know the name of the cultivar.

I’ve spent many years going “Oooooh! AHHHHHH!” over those Holland Bulb catalogs.
One day, when I’ve got the time and space, I’m going to have a carpet of spring color everywhere. They are gorgeous!
