One thought on “Crocus in Bloom

  1. Ciao Gayla-

Welcome home, by the way. I took a tour of my yard, front, sides, and back today. Crocusauruses under the pear tree are still looking like spikey blades of grass with no buds in sight so far. I have micro-buds on my grape hyacinths and some tulip clumps show small buds deep down inside, likewise with hyacinths, and a couple of daffodil buds are emerging, but that’s kind of it. Nothing at all showing signs of blooming any time soon. Maybe because we had the glaciers for so long? The good news is, I have more irises and grape hyacinths than I had last year. I’ve still got TONS of orange daylilies coming up if people want some, but I killed the hostas and I do mean killed. Finally. RIP. Don’t come back.

    Hugs,
    Julianna
