Free Fence Idea
I came across this low fence made of tree prunings while walking through Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. It’s very simply constructed and relies on the v-shape where one branch joins another rather than fussing with string and wire. Mind you this wouldn’t survive five minutes on my block but seems like a viable design on a quiet side street.

Oh it’s so pretty. I might have to try that. Although I still love my little woven fence inspired by the YGG book.

Excellent idea! We have lots and lots of branches and sticks in our yard, waiting to be hauled away–what a waste!
We had a gorgeous pole and twig fence (using wire to hold things in place)where we used to live. I still miss the gate. It looked like something a hobbit might make.
