These are the Nikon D70 with a close-up lens.

For the first one, it’s not easy to tell, but could that be a lunaria? In french, we call those “Monnaie du Pape” (that could be translated into “Pope’s pocket change”) and it makes wonderful dried flowers :)
Anyway, you have a good eye and take very very very nice photographs…

Martine: Thank you! It’s not lunaria but does have similarities. I know I can find it if I just take the time to go through my wildflowers book. But I don’t know what the flowers look like. Only the seed pod.
