After NOT following the written instructions, CS is finally growing hair. I didn’t realize that you had to also soak the seed for 24 hours also. I was wondering how the seeds would stick to the head.

When you soak them for 24 hours, it makes this nasty, gooey seed paste. You then spread the paste on the head. Half of it drips off. Then you put the head in the handy dandy plastic tray (included) and fill the head with water. Only I filled the tray with water. No…you’re supposed to add water through the hole at the top of the head. It took me a few days to figure that one out. That’s why instructions come in handy. I, however, like to garden dangerously.

A few days later, CS started sprouting hair! I think when it’s all grown I’m gonna give him a mowhawk. I was also thinking of all the different ways I could grow it’s hair. I was thinking of the male pattern baldness look, perhaps with a bad combover. Or I could try to grow a goatee. Maybe some devil horns? The possiblities are endless!
