This spindly looking plant is a Poinsettia (Euphorbia pulcherrima) I found growing in the garden of an amazing cook, Pilar Cabrera. It was the height of the dry season which accounts for the plant's shabby appearance. Despite that, it was the largest poinsettia I'd ever seen.
