Ever wondered where chocolate comes from? Oaxaca is the only state in Mexico where you can still bring your own recipe to a mill like this and have cacoa beans (removed from the pod) ground and mixed with other ingredients to produce chocolate. The standard mixture consists of sugar, almonds and cinnamon.
