I don’t know the name of this variety but looking at the patterns I’d hazard a guess that it includes the word “ripple.”

With all the rain this year I got a bit paranoid and decided to harvest the potatoes a little early. We still got a pretty good yield and are really happy with this variety, ‘Purple Peruvian’ a blue/purple fingerling variety that maintains its color throughout, even after cooking.
